My name is Tina Dieterich. I am a professional seamstress who has worked the last 16 years building costumes for dance and theatre. For 7 of these years I worked for the Hartford Ballet as one of their main stitchers. The last 8 years I have worked on countless theatre productions for the Hartt School of Performing Arts at the University of Hartford. During this time I have gained an extensive knowledge of sewing techniques from the simplest of alterations to period corset construction.

My focus is mentoring beginner or more experienced sewers to help them create their special projects.
